Precision Walls in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Field Recruiter and Trainer to support field operations onsite. You will oversee recruiting, screening, and hands-on onboarding to help new hires ramp up while reinforcing safety expectations on the job.

You will coordinate the full hiring process for field roles, conduct phone interviews, mentor new teammates, and support safety orientation, reporting to the direct supervisor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 2 years in the construction industry.
• Commercial construction experience required.
• Driver's license required.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable with ATS and training support.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full recruitment cycle for field hires.
• Conduct phone interviews and manage applications via ATS.
• Complete initial evaluation and training for new hires.
• Serve as mentor between new hires and supervisor.
• Assist with safety training and orientation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
