Solid Rock Recruiting, LLC is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead field crews and oversee daily concrete operations from start to finish on on-site projects in the United States.

This role requires strong leadership, bilingual English/Spanish communication, and a commitment to safety, quality, and productivity. You will report on crew performance, manage production, and ensure plans and specifications are followed.

Qualifications

• Experience as Concrete Foreman or similar construction leadership role.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specs.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct daily concrete crew activities with clear expectations and accountability.
• Translate project plans, safety requirements, and work instructions as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite at all times.
• Accurately track daily labor hours and crew productivity; prepare daily reports.
