Vector Construction, a Structural Group Company, seeks an experienced Concrete Foreman to supervise traveling field crews across the US. You will estimate labor needs, schedule crews, and ensure work aligns with plans and specs.

Responsibilities include daily reporting, safety oversight, and coordinating with Project Managers on production rates. Travel 90–100% is required; bilingual Spanish/English candidates may be favored.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in general construction with at least 2 years as Leadman.
• Concrete & masonry restoration experience is a plus.
• Ability to supervise up to 10 technicians with minimal subcontract oversight.
• Read, interpret, and execute construction drawings and specs.
• Strong safety focus and look-ahead scheduling capability.
• Willingness to travel 90–100% across the US.

Responsibilities

• On-site supervision of field crews and accuracy in labor estimates.
• Developing crew schedules and ensuring work follows plans and specs.
• Complete daily field reports, purchase orders, and speed memos.
• Ensure tools/equipment are used safely and productively.
• Assist Project Managers with evaluating production rates and documents.
