Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are required.
• Experience reading construction plans and specifications.
• Knowledge of safety practices on construction sites is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of concrete crews with clear expectations and accountability.
• Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking team members; translate plans and safety instructions as needed.
• Maintain a safe, organized jobsite and coordinate material deliveries and equipment usage.
• Track labor hours, prepare daily reports, and assist with change orders and T&M documentation.
