The role emphasizes auditing legal documents, vendor performance, and client reporting to reduce risk and uphold the firm’s reputation. The successful candidate will conduct monthly dashboards, provide actionable coaching, and ensure accuracy across JST data, licenses, and contract processes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• Experience in compliance, QA, or auditing within legal/financial services is advantageous.
• Familiarity with call center monitoring software and legal document review is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Audit call center interactions for adherence to scripts and client guidelines.
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve agent performance.
• Maintain dashboards and produce monthly client reports.
• Construct queries using SQL and Python.
• Review judgments and suits for accuracy across states.
• Audit vendor compliance and ensure service standards.
• Distribute internal reporting to firm managers.
• Escalate fraud, disputes and complaints to clients.
• Audit attorney licenses monthly to ensure good standing.
