RAS LAVRAR is seeking a Compliance Analyst to monitor call center agents, audit legal documents, and ensure regulatory compliance in a high-volume environment. The role emphasizes coaching, reporting, and cross-state document reviews.

The ideal candidate has bilingual English/Spanish abilities, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with JST and MS Office. Onsite position in Plantation, FL with competitive benefits.

Formación

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s highly preferred.
• Experience in compliance, QA, or auditing in legal/financial services.
• Familiarity with call center monitoring software and legal document review is an asset.
• High ethical standards; ability to work independently on sensitive audits; accuracy focus.

Responsabilidades

• Call Monitoring: audit interactions for script adherence.
• Issue coaching forms and provide outcomes to improve performance.
• Review judgments and suits across states for accuracy.
• Create worksheets and finalize completion reports for records.
• Audit firm legal documents and processes for compliance.
• Prepare and distribute call monitoring reports and metrics to clients.
• Escalate fraud, disputes, and complaints to stakeholders.
• Monthly audits of attorney Bar licenses; vendor compliance checks.
