Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is recruiting for a Complex Customer Care Representative to work onsite in Las Vegas. You will assist members with health plan questions and help them access the right care promptly.

You'll handle 50–70 calls daily, guide customers through plan options, and support navigation of online member tools. Training lasts 7 weeks on-site, with 8:00–4:30 PST hours, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent years of work experience.
• Must be 18 years of age OR older.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• 2+ years of experience providing customer service in a call center, medical office, or healthcare environment.
• Experience with Windows PC applications - Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Handle escalated calls, resolving more complex customer issues.
• Demonstrate outstanding service to identify the source of the caller's issue and work to resolve the inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Guide and educate customers about health plan benefits and consumer-driven health care topics.
