Job summary

BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy, part of Elevance Health, in Las Vegas, NV, seeks a Pharmacy Customer Associate I - Bilingual to support pharmacy retail and mail order prescriptions by phone and written inquiries. The role is hybrid with in-office 1-2 days per week and virtual training.

You will handle high-volume calls, assist customers in Spanish, navigate digital tools, and ensure accurate, timely responses. Training is virtual for 3 weeks, then 2 weeks onsite; shifts span early to late hours with

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or equivalent and experience in automated customer service.
• Bilingual (Spanish) or multi-language skills required.
• Must be able to pass a validated language test/assessment.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled quickly and correctly.
• Interacts with internal and external customers to provide claims, customer service, and/or membership support.
• Completes necessary research to provide proactive, thorough solutions.
• Displays ownership of service requests ensuring high-quality resolution and follow-through.
• Supports customers with options and helps them become knowledgeable about using technology and resources.
