Job summary

Levitt Pavilion Los Angeles (Levitt LA) seeks a motivated, highly-organized Community Outreach Coordinator to support outreach and operations. The role builds community relationships with schools, nonprofits, neighborhood groups, faith-based organizations, and government agencies to sustain and expand audience engagement.

The position requires bilingual Spanish and English, on-site work for the summer concert season, and daily support to the Director of Community Relations & Outreach.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish and English required.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to interface with a diverse public and communities.
• Experience working with diverse LA communities is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong planning, organization, and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Identify outreach opportunities and partnerships to boost visibility and participation.
• Coordinate participation at community events and manage volunteers.
• Attend meetings and support outreach, fundraising, and volunteer recruitment.
• Support Neighborhood Councils and track funder benefits and grants.
• Assist with grant materials, sponsorship packets, and community outreach.
• Coordinate lawn activation, Kidzone, and vendor activities for summer concerts.
