Levitt Pavilion Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Director of Community Relations & Partnerships to lead community engagement and fundraising for the MacArthur Park summer concert series.

Qualifikationen

• Bilingual Spanish and English required.
• 4-5 years of direct experience in community relations and grassroots neighborhood outreach.
• Proven track record in developing partnerships and soliciting donations and sponsorships.
• Self-motivated with initiative.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• On-site presence at concerts throughout the series, including setup and breakdown.
• Strong leadership and collaborative teamwork abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Create and implement a community relations and outreach plan for MacArthur Park-Westlake neighborhoods.
• Develop audiences representing LA's diversity and engage local residents in Levitt LA concerts.
• Establish relationships with government offices, local businesses, schools and nonprofits.
• Manage and expand the community partners program and on-site activation.
• Solicit donor relationships and sponsorships; pursue grants and sponsor benefits.
• Develop prospect management systems and write proposals; oversee grant awards.
• Recruit, train, and manage volunteers; act as spokesperson for the volunteer program.
• Represent Levitt LA at community meetings and events; coordinate with Communications.
