Blue Castle Agency is seeking a Community Manager for a 200-unit market-rate property in Dallas, TX. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication and leadership to connect with residents and guide a small on-site team.

Responsibilities include leasing, maintenance coordination, budget ownership, and driving occupancy while ensuring strong resident relations. The position offers a salary range of $85,000–$95,000 with a quarterly bonus eligibility and standard benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of property management experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Comfortable reading and interpreting budgets/financial reports
• Strong leadership and accountability
• Experience with market-rate multifamily properties preferred
• Familiar with property management software (Yardi, OneSite, Entrata)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations—leasing, maintenance coordination, resident relations
• Own the property's budget and report on financial performance
• Set and hit occupancy and leasing goals, adjusting pricing and marketing as needed
• Handle lease renewals and drive resident retention
• Supervise, train, and support the on-site leasing and maintenance team
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors on repairs, unit turns, and capital projects
• Communicate with residents in English and Spanish, in person and in writing
• Handle resident concerns and disputes promptly and professionally
• Walk the property regularly to stay on top of curb appeal and maintenance needs
