Qualifications

• 2+ years of Assistant Community Manager or property management experience in multifamily
• Fluent in English and Spanish is required

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations alongside Community Manager
• Deliver customer service to residents in English and Spanish
• Assist with leasing activities, tours, and move-ins
• Process renewals and resident retention efforts
• Manage rent collection and delinquency processes
• Maintain resident files and lease documents
• Assist with budgeting and reporting
• Coordinate with maintenance and vendor teams
• Support marketing events and community engagement
• Maintain a professional leasing office and ensure Fair Housing compliance
