Job summary

Blue Castle Agency is seeking a Community Manager in Dallas, TX to run daily property operations for a 200-unit market-rate community. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication with residents and staff, and leadership to guide leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.

You will manage the budget, report financial performance, and drive occupancy targets while coordinating with vendors and the on-site team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5+ years of property management experience, ideally with market-rate multifamily.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish — required for this property.
• Comfortable managing a budget and reading financial reports.
• Strong leadership to motivate and hold a team accountable.
• Solid grasp of leasing, marketing, and resident retention strategy.
• Familiar with property management software such as Yardi, OneSite, Entrata.

• Handle lease renewals and drive resident retention.

• Handle resident concerns and disputes promptly and professionally.
• Walk the property regularly to stay on top of curb appeal and maintenance needs.
