Royal American Companies is seeking an experienced Community Manager for Park Lake Apartments in Miami, FL. The role oversees the property, leads the on-site team, and ensures exceptional resident service and compliant operations.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of property management, strong leadership, and bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish). A valid driver’s license is required, and OneSite experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Property/Community Manager state license where required.
• Minimum three (3) years property management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in OneSite preferred.
• Computer literacy expected.
• Experience in affordable housing, Tax Credit, HUD and/or Rural Development preferred.
• ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) or CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) designations preferred.

Responsabilités

• Full oversight of assigned property.
• Supervise and provide training to community associates.
• Evaluate associates performance, including annual reviews.
• Counsel underperforming associates and provide feedback to improve performance.
• Create a positive, welcoming environment for residents and staff.
• Attract, screen, and select prospective residents per Resident Selection Criteria.
• Develop and execute marketing and advertising campaigns for apartment leasing.
