You’ll manage leasing, marketing, rent collections, and on-site teams while ensuring compliance with housing regulations and maintaining accurate records. Fluent in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in multifamily property management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Entrata experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day property operations, including leasing, marketing, and resident relations.
• Oversee rent collections, budget control, and occupancy goals.
• Support and manage on-site office and maintenance teams.
• Ensure compliance with housing and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting.
