The role requires 4+ years of multifamily management, strong leadership, budgeting and reporting skills to manage leasing, occupancy, retention, and compliance with policies and housing regulations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Experience overseeing apartment community operations.
• Strong leadership, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of budgeting, resident retention, occupancy and financial reporting.
• Ability to coach team members and maintain high service standards.
• Proficiency with property management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and performance.
• Drive occupancy, leasing results, resident retention and financial performance.
• Lead, train and support on-site team members.
• Monitor budgets, financial reports, expenses and property performance.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure communities are well-maintained.
• Resolve resident concerns professionally and build positive resident relationships.
• Communicate effectively in English and Spanish with residents, employees and leadership.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and housing regulations.
