Job summary

Brookside Properties in Nashville, TN is seeking a motivated bilingual Assistant Community Manager to join our team. The role focuses on supporting leasing, resident relations, and team development in a fast-paced multi-family environment.

You will lead and train staff, manage resident communications, and drive occupancy with marketing and service excellence. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Entrata is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of multi-family property management experience (leadership a plus).
• Bilingual required (English/Spanish).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and train team members.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Entrata or similar software experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring, training, and development of team members.
• Assist with financial tracking and meeting delinquency goals.

• Process invoices, purchase orders, and resident correspondence.
