Qualifications

• At least 4 years of multifamily property management experience.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Experience overseeing apartment community operations.
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of leasing, resident retention, occupancy, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Ability to coach team members, hold employees accountable, and maintain high service standards.
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for the 155-home community.
• Drive occupancy, leasing results, resident retention, and financial performance.
• Lead, train, and support on-site team members.
• Monitor budgets, financial reports, expenses, and property performance.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure communities are well-maintained.
• Resolve resident concerns professionally and build positive resident relationships.
• Communicate effectively with residents, employees, and leadership in both English and Spanish.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable housing regulations.
