Lion Real Estate Group is seeking an experienced bilingual Community Manager for The Cumberland in Marietta, GA to oversee daily operations, drive resident satisfaction, and strengthen collections and occupancy.

You will lead the on-site team, manage leasing, renewals, and renovations, and partner with leadership on marketing and NOI growth, while ensuring budget compliance and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability in resident relations, collections, and driving occupancy.
• Financial budgeting and reporting experience.
• Proactive, results-driven mindset.
• Team-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with property management software (Yardi).
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the community and ensure resident satisfaction and financial success.
• Manage leasing, renewals, and collections to reduce delinquency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop onsite team.
• Partner with leadership on renovations, marketing, and retention programs.
• Ensure budgets, policies, and performance goals are met.
