Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field preferred.
  • Experience in on-site property management and team leadership.
  • Proficiency with property management software and common office tools.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the community, including leasing, maintenance, resident satisfaction, and compliance.
  • Build, train, and mentor on-site staff to foster collaboration and accountability.
  • Develop and manage the property’s budget, operating plan, and rent strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
  • Maximize occupancy through competitive rent setting, renewals, and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate on asset performance decisions and capital improvements to protect and enhance the asset.
