Acento Real Estate Partners LLC. is seeking a Community Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a large multifamily community. You will manage leasing, maintenance, resident relations, and compliance while building a high-performing on-site team.

The role focuses on budgeting, rent strategies, and occupancy, with opportunities to influence asset performance and capital improvements. Strong leadership and bilingual communication are valuable assets for this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field preferred.
• Experience in on-site property management and team leadership.
• Proficiency with property management software and common office tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the community, including leasing, maintenance, resident satisfaction, and compliance.
• Build, train, and mentor on-site staff to foster collaboration and accountability.
• Develop and manage the property’s budget, operating plan, and rent strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
• Maximize occupancy through competitive rent setting, renewals, and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate on asset performance decisions and capital improvements to protect and enhance the asset.
