Job summary

WinnCompanies is seeking a Community Coordinator II at San Juan Del Centro, a 150-unit affordable housing community in Boulder, CO. You will lead the Connected Communities program, develop partnerships, manage the annual plan and budget, coordinate resources to support six core outcomes, and provide coaching and referrals.

Responsibilities include MOUs with partners, data management, resident communications, and on-site program execution.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to obtain Winn Community Coordinator Certification upon hire.
• Current driver’s license in good standing and ability to meet driving records standards.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement an annual Connected Communities plan for the community based on need, interest, and opportunities.
• Manage property Connected Communities budget. Review and track goals with Property Managers and Regional Managers.
• Coordinate resources for residents addressing housing stability, employment, economic mobility, education, health, and community engagement.
• Provide direct assistance, program referrals, and 1-1 coaching to individuals and families based on assessed need.
• Establish and maintain relationships with local service providers, resident leadership, community stakeholders, and other community partners.
• Utilize CONNECT to collect, manage, and report resident data with accuracy.
