Job summary

Unity Care NW in Whatcom County, WA seeks an Enrollment Specialist to connect patients with high-quality, affordable health care. You will provide insurance enrollment assistance, health care navigation support, and outreach to medically underserved populations.

Primary duties include assisting patients with enrollment, implementing outreach campaigns, documenting progress, and connecting patients to UCNW services and community resources.

Qualifications

• Basic written and verbal communication, computational and computer skills typical of high school program.
• Experience with underserved populations and cultural competency preferred.
• Six months related experience and/or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with insurance enrollment.
• Conduct outreach campaigns to connect patients to enrollment resources.
• Document and report progress on outreach and enrollment activities.
• Connect patients to UCNW services and community resources.
• Process Sliding Fee Discount Program applications.
