Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Washington state is seeking a Customer Service Representative to screen non-insured patients and help ensure new or prospective patients are accommodated when seeking care.

You will provide public health coverage enrollment assistance, insurance education, and case management under the direction of the Managed Care Manager, while proactively contacting customers and assisting with promotional materials and outreach activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or intake roles is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
