Job summary

The Garden City Parks & Recreation Department is seeking two full-time professionals to bridge the community and ensure equitable access for Hispanic and Latino residents in Garden City, GA.

Primary duties include leading community engagement and serving as a Spanish-speaking liaison for youth league registrations and programs, working with program coordinators overseeing youth sports and activities, and supporting flexible evening/weekend schedules.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends for youth activities.
• Experience with municipal Parks and Recreation operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead community engagement and act as Spanish-speaking liaison for youth leagues.
• Coordinate community programs with other program coordinators.
• Support youth sports and activities scheduling.
