Job summary

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeastern North Carolina is seeking a bilingual Hispanic Outreach Specialist to connect Hispanic and Latino families with high-quality youth programs and community resources. This part-time role focuses on youth development and family engagement in a community-based setting.

You will work 20–25 hours weekly, Monday–Friday 2:00–6:30 p.m., with occasional evenings or weekends for events, and report to the Director of Hispanic Outreach.

Pay: $18.00–$19.50 per hour, depending on experience

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern North Carolina is seeking a passionate, bilingual (English/Spanish) Hispanic Outreach Specialist to help connect Hispanic and Latino families with high-quality youth programs and community resources.

This position combines youth development with community outreach, family engagement, bilingual communication, and culturally responsive programming. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, building relationships with families, and making a meaningful impact in the community.

Position Highlights

• Part-time (20–25 hours per week)


• Monday–Friday, approximately 2:00–6:30 p.m.

• Pay: $18.00–$19.50/hour, depending on experience

What You'll Do
