Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years' experience in a health care setting.
• Strong PC skills with Microsoft Office and EMR experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish (read, write, and speak).
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and document in EMR.
• Schedule and manage health care team's appointments and reminders.
• Complete outreach and patient registration with updated demographics.
• Serve as main contact for community-based care teams.
• Coordinate outlook calendars and EMR visit details.
• Support administrative tasks and HIPAA-related audits.
• Assist with patient surveys and data collection.
