Job summary

The Staff Pad is recruiting a Commercial Roofing Project Manager / Estimator to join our team in Saginaw, MI. This senior role blends estimating with project management to deliver commercial roofing projects safely, on time, and within budget.

You will prepare detailed estimates, manage budgets, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain strong client relationships while supporting project teams through all phases from award to closeout.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in commercial roofing or construction project management.
• Experience estimating commercial roofing projects and preparing change orders.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roof systems, contracts, and specifications.
• Experience with construction software.
• Experience reviewing blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial roofing projects from contract award through final closeout.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, manpower plans, equipment requirements, material procurement, and subcontractor coordination.
• Oversee project execution while ensuring safety, on time, and within budget.
• Monitor labor, material, subcontractor, and equipment costs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and negotiate change orders with timely client approvals.
• Coordinate project closeout activities and warranty documentation.
