Jobot is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Sales Estimator / Project Manager for the Northern California market. You will drive opportunities, perform roof inspections, prepare estimates, and guide projects from award through completion.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in commercial roofing with a blend of sales, estimating, and project management. Strong customer relationships and profitability focus are essential for success.

Formación

• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience preferred.
• Experience in sales, estimating, project management, or a combination of the three.
• Strong understanding of reroofing, service, maintenance, and restoration workflows.
• Knowledge of roofing systems such as TPO/PVC, coatings, fluid-applied systems.
• Ability to perform roof inspections and develop accurate scopes and estimates.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain relationships with property managers, building owners, and commercial clients.
• Perform site visits, inspections, measurements, and assessments.
• Prepare detailed estimates, scopes of work, budgets, and proposals.
• Present proposals to customers and close work.
• Manage awarded projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Coordinate with field operations, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor budgets, costs, schedules, and profitability.
