Position Overview

We are hiring a Bilingual Commercial Lines Account Manager to quote, issue, and service new and existing commercial insurance policies. This is a back-office role with light client interaction, ideal for someone who thrives in an organized, detail-heavy environment.

No cold calling. No door knocking. No cold emails.

All leads and quoting opportunities are provided.

Responsibilities

• Quote and issue new commercial insurance policies
• Process renewals, endorsements, and certificates of insurance (COIs)
• Review quote requests and submit completed work to agents for approval
• Communicate professionally with clients as needed
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in CRM
• Follow compliance and underwriting guidelines

Requirements

• Active Idaho Property & Casualty license (required)
• Minimum 2 years of commercial lines insurance experience
• Proficiency in quoting, endorsements, and cert issuance
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Type A personality: reliable, task-oriented, and flexible
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Must be punctual and able to work independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation and Benefits

• $55,000–$75,000 per year, depending on experience
• W2 employee status
• Year-end performance bonuses
• Health insurance (70% of employee-only premium covered after 60 days)
• Dental, PTO, sick leave, and paid parental leave

• This is a full-time, in-office position in Meridian, Idaho
• Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
• No remote or hybrid work options available
• Equipment provided (computer, dual monitors); equipment remains on site
