Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the production line team in a cold/refrigerated environment to hit daily production goals.
• Assign tasks, monitor workflow, and keep the line running efficiently.
• Train and coach employees on standard work, safety, quality, and attendance expectations.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate line start-up, changeovers, and breaks to minimize downtime.
• Perform quality checks and ensure product meets standards.
• Complete basic production reports/paperwork or system updates.
• Communicate priorities and updates to supervisors and team in English/Spanish.
