Job summary

HW Staffing Solutions is seeking a dependable Production Lead for a refrigerated manufacturing setting. You will guide daily operations, assign staff, and monitor safety, quality, and productivity while maintaining documentation and collaborating with Quality, Maintenance and Warehouse teams.

Ideal candidates have manufacturing or food-processing experience, strong leadership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior supervisory experience and bilingual skills are a plus.

• Monitor attendance and workplace expectations.
• Communicate staffing, production, and equipment concerns to management.
• Maintain production and training documentation.
