Job summary

IMC Outdoor Living, a subsidiary of Liberty Tire Recycling, is seeking an experienced Production Line Lead in Godfrey, IL. You will oversee a team of production line workers and conveyor systems, manage daily tasks, coach on proper production techniques, and ensure safety and efficiency on the line.

Hours include Mon-Thu 5:30am-4:30pm, Fri 5:30am-2:00pm, and alternating Saturdays. Strong problem-solving, communication, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant production line experience in an industrial setting.
• 2–3 years leadership experience in manufacturing or production environment is required.
• Must be able to speak, read and write in English & Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production line workers.
• Provide training and guidance on proper production techniques and safety procedures.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Ensure production schedules are met by monitoring workflow.
• Maintain production efficiency by troubleshooting issues with maintenance coordination.
• Monitor and control production costs while minimizing waste.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of the production line.
• Investigate and report any accidents or incidents on the production line.
• Maintain accurate records of production output, labor hours, and material usage.
• Prepare and submit reports on production performance and issues encountered.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production operations.
