Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with Front Desk staff, Lead Medical Assistants, and the Clinical team to optimize schedule flow
  • Coordinate seamless communication for day‑to‑day and real‑time patient scheduling, adhering to Legacy protocols
  • Investigate, analyze, and address scheduling inaccuracies, elevating repeated issues to key stakeholders
  • Deploy proactive solutions for managing scheduling challenges using predictive analytics for same day or next day appointments
  • Collaborate with Site Leadership to manage a diversified pool of providers, ensuring coverage and operational continuity
  • Facilitate reminder calls and manage digital communications through portal messages efficientlyEnsure continual updating of patient registration data, leveraging EHRS technology
  • Participate in innovative training sessions and execute additional tasks as assigned, adopting a mindset of continuous improvement
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, with advanced certification or training in Medical Assistance or EHRS documentation
  • Current BLS/CPR certification essential
  • Proven experience in medical clinic settings, demonstrating proficiency with EHRS data entry
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, facilitating clear and innovative dialogue
  • Capability to work autonomously while thriving in a collaborative, tech‑forward team environment
  • Resourceful, self‑driven with a knack for problem‑solving and forward‑thinking solutions
  • Spanish‑speaking abilities are a valuable asset
