Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator or in a similar clinical research role.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of clinical trial procedures and research documentation.
• Familiarity with GCP guidelines and applicable FDA regulations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with computers and electronic data capture systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities for clinical trials and research studies.
• Recruit, screen, and schedule study participants.
• Obtain and document informed consent according to approved protocols.
• Maintain accurate study records and regulatory documentation.
• Enter and verify clinical trial data.
• Communicate with investigators, participants, sponsors, and research staff.
• Ensure compliance with study protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and applicable regulations.
• Assist with monitoring visits, audits, and regulatory requirements.
