Job summary

M3 USA is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator in Dallas to support daily trial activities under the PI and site management. You will screen participants, maintain forms, and ensure protocol adherence while handling data entry and coordination tasks.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of CRC experience, prefers phlebotomy, and is bilingual (English/Spanish). You will mentor staff, assist with hires, and contribute to start-up, maintenance, and close-out of studies in a compliant, fast-paced

Qualifications

• Clinical Research Coordinator with 1–2 years of experience.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, read and understand complex protocols, follow very detailed directions, and multi-tasking.
• Must maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA Guidelines.
• Extensive clinical trial knowledge through education and/or experience.
• GCP certification and advanced CRC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Screening and review of potential study participants eligibility.
• Maintaining case report forms, charts and documentation.
• Mentoring, training, and high-level oversight of other coordinators and assistants.
• Ensuring all activities comply with protocols and regulations.
• Collecting and entering data as necessary.
• Assist management with hiring shadowing and process.
• Assist with study start-up, maintenance, and close-out of studies.
• Be flexible with study assignments.
