M3 Wake Research is hiring a Clinical Research Coordinator for our Dallas, TX site. The CRC will work under the guidance of site management and the Principal Investigator to coordinate daily clinical trial activities and support study execution on-site.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of CRC experience, phlebotomy preferred, and strong bilingual English/Spanish communication. HIPAA compliance and knowledge of GCP are essential for success in this role.

Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years as Clinical Research Coordinator or similar role.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, read and understand complex protocols, follow detailed directions, and multitask.
• Must maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA.

Aufgaben

• Assist trial investigators with screening and review of potential study participants eligibility.
• Maintain case report forms, charts, and documentation.
• Mentor and oversee other coordinators and research staff.
• Ensure activities comply with study protocol and regulatory requirements.
• Collect and enter data as needed.
• Assist management with candidate recruitment and shadowing.
• Support study start-up, maintenance, and close-out activities.
• Be flexible with study assignments.
