Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct and coordinate patient visits per protocol.
• Perform clinical tasks (vital signs, EKGs, phlebotomy as applicable).
• Ensure informed consent is properly obtained and documented.
• Educate participants and ensure positive patient experience.
• Monitor subject safety and report adverse events.
• Complete source documentation and EDC data entry.
• Maintain investigational product accountability and storage.
• Prepare for monitoring visits, audits, and inspections.
• Collaborate with site staff to ensure protocol adherence.
