Parexel Glendale Unit is seeking an Intermittent Registered Nurse to support the Early Phase Clinical Unit with patient care, lab testing, and study coordination. Base pay ranges per hour, with performance-based bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

You will work within SOPs and GCP guidelines, administering treatments via multiple routes and monitoring volunteers around the clock as per protocol. Experience in hospital/clinical settings and an active California RN license are required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years working in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Active Registered Nurse license in California.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• ACLS certification required within 6 months of start date.

Responsabilités

• Support SOPs, GCP, and all work processes to ensure efficient and compliant clinical operation of EPCU.
• Assume responsibility for patient care and study conduct assignments.
• Ensure all study laboratory and medical tests are completed and eligibility requirements are met per protocol.
• Ensure timelines for responsibilities and projects are met.
• Participate and may direct identification and enrollment of study participants; contribute to objectives.
• Assess, monitor, record, and report patient condition and reaction to drugs and treatments.
