Living Water Clinic – Clínica Agua Viva is seeking a Clinic Supervisor to lead daily operations at Visalia/Porterville locations. You will manage staffing, patient flow, and schedules while upholding HIPAA and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in a medical office, outpatient clinic, or similar healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of clinic operations, patient flow, scheduling, and staff supervision.
• Experience using an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, staffing assignments, breaks, lunches, and coverage, ensuring smooth patient flow.
• Monitor provider schedules, wait times, and clinic capacity and address workflow concerns.
• Provide daily supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to staff.
• Support onboarding, training, competency development, and evaluations.
• Promote professionalism, teamwork, and respectful communication among staff.
• Address routine performance and attendance concerns and escalate to leadership as needed.
• Maintain a patient-centered environment and assist with resolving concerns.
• Support compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and safety standards.
• Participate in quality improvement and monitor indicators such as patient volume and audit findings.
