Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency required.
• Minimum of two years in office support or similar role.
• Minimum one year experience at front desk/reception.
• Minimum one year experience delivering exceptional customer service.
• Minimum one year experience with accurate data entry.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and greet visitors.

Responsibilities

• Register new clients, verify insurance, explain fees, and schedule appointments.
• Greet clients, update demographics and insurance info, collect payments, notify clinicians of arrivals.
• Answer calls, screen inquiries, schedule or cancel appointments, relay messages, and make referrals.
• Assist with EMR entries (EPIC), process paperwork, verify forms.
• Collect fees, generate receipts, ensure proper transaction records.
• Support clinicians with client records systems and data entry as requested.
• Assist with mail routing, faxes, intake packets, front desk coverage, and other admin tasks.
