Job summary

Orthodontic Experts seeks a Clinic Manager to oversee daily clinic operations, staff performance, and patient care quality at multiple locations. You will drive scheduling efficiency, regulate records, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Travel to Mount Pleasant, Menomonee Falls, Madison and Headquarters is required. Strong leadership, Spanish bilingual skills, and proficiency in MS Office are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3–4 years of experience in office administration.
• 2 years of office management experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Willingness to travel to Mount Pleasant, Menomonee Falls, Madison and Headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and staff.
• Manage scheduling of patients and adjust as needed.
• Monitor no-shows and reschedule as required.
• Provide weekly/monthly reporting to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with privacy and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and train clinic staff.
