Orthodontic Experts Ltd is seeking an Assistant Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations, staff productivity, and patient services at our Greenwood clinic. You will collaborate with upper management to ensure safety, compliance, and high-quality customer care across all activities.

The role requires 3–4 years in office administration and 2 years in office management, with strong MS Office and Google Suites skills. Travel to Lawrence and Speedway is required as part of the duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent required.
• 3-4 years of office administration experience.
• 2 years of office management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Google Suites.
• Travel availability to Lawrence and Speedway.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations with upper management.
• Supervise staff productivity and safety/compliance.
• Provide weekly/monthly leadership reports.
• Coordinate monthly clinical staff meetings and maintain office functionality.
• Explain treatment plans and assist with scheduling and payments.
• Manage accounts receivable and patient financing options.
• Support marketing events and reputation management.
