Qualifications

• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
• Advanced professional English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Understand client expectations, operational requirements, service priorities, and deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support timely and accurate service delivery.
• Monitor client requests, open items, deliverables, and follow-up activities.
• Provide clients with timely updates regarding services, projects, and operational matters.
• Identify and resolve service concerns, escalating matters when necessary.
• Participate in client meetings and prepare relevant updates, reports or documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of client communications, requests, decisions, and follow-up actions.
• Monitor service quality and recommend improvements to strengthen the client experience.
• Support the implementation of new client processes, services, or operational initiatives.
• Manage multiple priorities and changing operational needs in a professional and organized manner.
• Perform additional duties based on business and client needs.
