Job summary

NinjaTrader is seeking a Client Services Representative to support thousands of traders worldwide. You will resolve account and technology issues with real-time problem solving and genuine care for customers, reporting to a Team Lead-Client Services.

In this role you will resolve inquiries in English and Spanish, assist with account setup, and educate customers on the NinjaTrader product line while collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Strong customer-service orientation with empathy.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
• Excellent time management and follow-up across multiple requests.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech-savvy with ability to troubleshoot remotely with clients.

Responsibilities

• Use phone, chat, and email to resolve client inquiries in English and Spanish.
• Assist with account setup, technical support, and troubleshooting.
• Educate customers to maximize the NinjaTrader product line.
• Become proficient with Gmail, Confluence, Jira, and other tools.
• Manage customer data in Salesforce with accuracy and privacy.
• Collaborate with Trade Desk, Technical Support, and Compliance teams.
• Identify customer needs and communicate feature requests to the team.
• Guide clients through commodity futures and NinjaTrader services.
• Support policy updates and beta tests for software updates.
