Job summary

NinjaTrader is seeking a Client Services Representative in Chicago, IL to support traders worldwide. You will resolve inquiries via phone, chat, and email in English and Spanish, assist with account setup, and educate customers on our trading platform.

You will use Gmail, Confluence, Jira, and Salesforce daily, collaborating with Trade Desk, Tech Support, and Compliance, while contributing to policy updates and beta testing. NinjaTrader offers strong benefits and a growth-minded culture.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and ability to learn complex systems quickly.
• Empathy and the ability to connect with customers while showing genuine care.
• Ability to explain complex information in a simple way.
• Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Use phone, chat and email to resolve client inquiries in English and Spanish.
• Assist with account setup, technical support, troubleshooting and treasury items.
• Educate customers to maximize NinjaTrader product use.
• Become power users of Gmail, Confluence, Jira, and other productivity applications.
• Manage customer data in Salesforce accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with Trade Desk, Technical Support, and Compliance teams.
• Identify client needs and feature requests for management.
• Guide clients in navigating NinjaTrader’s futures services.
• Assist in creating and revising policies based on feedback.
• Support beta testing of new software updates.
