NinjaTrader is hiring a Client Services Representative in Chicago, IL, reporting to a Team Lead-Client Services. The role focuses on resolving account and technology issues across phone, chat, and email in English and Spanish, while educating customers on NinjaTrader’s product suite.

The position offers a hybrid schedule with in-office and remote days, competitive salary, annual bonus target, and a strong benefits package including 401(k) matching and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be proficient in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM and ticketing software is a plus.
• Experience in a high-volume customer service role preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients via phone, chat, and email to resolve account and platform issues in English and Spanish.
• Guide customers to maximize use of NinjaTrader products and services.
• Collaborate with Trade Desk, Technical Support, and Compliance teams to resolve cases.
• Document and communicate customer feedback and feature requests to management.
