Qualifications

• Alphanumeric data entry accuracy 95% or above.
• Spanish language fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process loan applications from inbound calls.
• Provide underwriting decisions with confidence and clarity.
• Escalate to Underwriting or Supervisor as needed.
• Verify contracts accurately and manage documents.
• Troubleshoot UCFS Application Portal and assist clients.
• Ensure callbacks to clients or merchants and compliance with policies.
