Job summary

Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking an Associate, Bilingual Client Services Representative to serve both international and domestic clients with trading and account servicing needs.

Role includes assisting with stocks, ETFs, mutual funds, and options, plus document translation for internal partners and clients. Evening/overnight shifts support Stock Plan Services; strong English-Spanish communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and speak in Spanish in addition to English.
• Series 7 & 63 licenses required or ability to obtain within training time.
• Strong written and verbal communication to establish trust with clients.
• Ability to adhere to structured schedules including lunch/break times.
• High integrity and work ethic; eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist domestic and international clients with trading (stocks, ETFs, mutual funds, options) and general account servicing.
• Provide document translation services for internal partners and clients in foreign language as needed.
• Support Stock Plan Services during evening and overnight shifts.
• Build and uphold client relationships to help them own their tomorrow.
