Job summary

Charles Schwab is hiring an Associate, Bilingual Client Services Representative to serve both international and domestic clients with a full range of service and trading needs. You will help with stocks, ETFs, mutual funds, and options, and translate documents for internal partners as needed.

Qualified candidates read, write and speak Spanish in addition to English, hold Series 7/63 or obtain them during training, and demonstrate strong communication and ethics in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Spanish reading, writing, and speaking required in addition to English.
• Series 7 & 63 licenses required or obtainable during training.
• Strong communication to build trust with clients via phone and written channels.
• Must work a structured schedule including lunch/break times.
• Professional attitude with integrity and ethics.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve international and domestic clients with trading and account inquiries.
• Assist with stocks, ETFs, mutual funds and options trading.
• Provide document translation services for internal partners.
• Support Stock Plan Services during evening and overnight shifts.
• Build strong client relationships to help them own their tomorrow.
