Job summary

Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking a Bilingual Client Services Associate in Orlando to service international and domestic clients with trading and account servicing needs. You will assist with stocks, ETFs, mutual funds, and options, and help with document translation for internal partners and clients.

The role requires Mandarin fluency, Series 7 & 63 licenses (or ability to obtain), strong communication, and a willingness to work in a structured schedule that may include evenings.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and speak Mandarin in addition to English.
• Series 7 & 63 licenses required OR a condition to obtain within training time.
• Strong communication skills to establish trust with clients.
• Availability to work a structured schedule including lunch/break times.

Responsibilities

• Assist international and domestic clients with trading needs (stocks, ETFs, mutual funds, options).
• Handle general account servicing inquiries.
• Support document translation for internal partners and clients in foreign language as needed.
• Support Stock Plan Services with evening and overnight shifts.
